Responsive Website Redesign

Problem
Tahoe Blue Surf Co. is a boat chartering company that teaches their clients how to wake surf in North Lake Tahoe. Tahoe Blue Surf.Co's website fails to provide a seamless user experience to its visitors resulting in high bounce rates and low engagement levels. 85% of charter bookings for Tahoe Blue Surf are currently done over the phone or in person, wasting the company’s time and resources.
Solution
By updating the UX of the booking process and redesigning the information architecture of the website, users will be able to gain more information about the charter process leading to an increase in completing the task of reserving a chartering session.

We made key recommendations to prioritize in our redesign, including creating a new site map with separate pages, reorganizing the information architecture to make key information easier to find, and catering the site to the primary user flow of booking a charter Session by prioritizing relevant content and removing distracting features.
